Operator and service

Pathwise is provided by Bahrom Kalonov, an individual based in Tajikistan.

The service includes digital collections, stations, practices, a journal, reflection tools, progress and other digital features.

The availability of individual features depends on the current product version and the capabilities of the particular account.

Account and security

Independent accounts are intended for adults who have the legal capacity to accept these terms.

Users must:

• protect access to their email and account;
• not share one-time codes or login credentials;
• provide accurate information;
• not gain unauthorized access to other people’s data;
• not bypass technical restrictions;
• not interfere with service operation;
• not use Pathwise for unlawful activities.

Account registration does not itself create a paid subscription.

User entries and rights

Users retain the rights to the personal entries they create in Pathwise.

Users authorize Pathwise to process this data to the extent necessary to operate the service and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Pathwise materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Purchasing access does not transfer copyright in the materials or grant permission to distribute, resell or copy them in bulk.

Nature of the service

Pathwise provides digital tools for personal growth, self-reflection and contemplation.

Pathwise does not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial or emergency assistance and does not guarantee a particular personal outcome.

If AI features become available in the future, their responses may contain errors and require users’ independent judgment.

Purchases and access

Pathwise may offer:

• digital access to service features;
• paid tiers or periods of access;
• one-time digital products;
• one-time packages of internal units called leptas.

Leptas are an internal service unit.

They:

• are not money;
• are not bank deposits;
• are not investments;
• cannot be withdrawn;
• cannot be exchanged back for money;
• must not be regarded as financial assets.

Before payment, users must be shown:

• what is being purchased;
• the price;
• the currency;
• applicable taxes;
• any limited access period;
• whether automatic renewal applies.

After payment confirmation, the corresponding access is provided to the user’s account.

If payment is charged but access is not provided, users may contact billing@pathwise.me with the order number.

Dodo Payments

For orders placed through Dodo Payments, Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record and seller for the corresponding payment transaction.

Dodo Payments may:

• collect payment;
• issue receipts;
• calculate and handle applicable taxes;
• perform payment checks;
• handle refunds and payment disputes.

Pathwise is responsible for the digital product itself, account operation and providing access.

The Dodo Payments terms shown at checkout, including Dodo Buyer Terms, apply to such purchases.

The particular seller for the payment transaction and the applicable terms are identified at checkout and on the receipt.

Subscriptions and recurring payments

Pathwise may offer both one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions.

If an offer is a subscription, users must be shown before payment:

• the price;
• the billing interval;
• the next renewal date or period;
• any trial conditions;
• how to cancel.

Subscriptions renew only in accordance with the terms accepted by the user at purchase.

One-time lepta packages and other one-time purchases do not renew automatically.

Service changes and termination of access

Pathwise may change, update or discontinue individual service features.

Account access may be restricted in cases of:

• fraud;
• unlawful activity;
• breaches of these terms;
• security threats;
• technical abuse.

Notice is provided where reasonable, applicable and lawful.

Pathwise does not guarantee continuous or completely uninterrupted operation.

Users may stop using the service and request account deletion.

Account deletion does not itself constitute a refund request and does not always cancel a separate active subscription.

Applicable law

The laws of Tajikistan apply to the activities of the Pathwise operator to the extent applicable.

Mandatory consumer rights under the laws of the user’s country of residence remain in effect and are not restricted by these terms.

Before going to court, users may contact us to attempt to resolve an issue, but this does not restrict their right to approach a court, consumer protection body or other competent authority.

We may communicate material changes to these terms through the service.

The conditions of an already-paid order remain in effect as agreed at purchase, unless a change is required by law or agreed to by the user.
